Returns, Refunds, Damages, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Typically, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions and policies, we are currently only able to replace defective items.
To be eligible for a replacement item, please submit a photograph of the defect to support@mochaprescribed.com with your name, order number, and the item description. If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll ship to you a new duplicate of the submitted, typically within 5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds once your order has moved to production.
